The mission of the Bastrop County Long Term Recovery Team is to assist individuals and families with recovery from natural or man-made disasters in Bastrop County, Texas; more specifically, to rebuild, repair homes affected by the disaster and provide for any other unmet needs including health and safety for uninsured and underinsured low-income individuals and families.

This mission is accomplished by having affected individuals and families work closely with a case manager to identify their unmet needs and to assist with obtaining the resources necessary to meet these needs.

Our objectives are to:

• community care through case management

• home repairs or repairs according to unmet needs funding

• to provide residents with spiritual and emotional care management for rebuilding
